RCO Agreement

While the use of RCO has been a contentious issue, the importance of you the RCO operator knowing what is contained in the RCO agreement cannot be understated or ignored. Additionally there is other information contained in the claims help section regarding the SBA 1141 (Vernon) and the do's and don't of RCO, as well as an FRA publication regarding the hazards of RCO posted in this section.

SAFETY is the primary concern when handling and working around RCO operations.
