Pool and terminal Agreements are agreed upon changes to what the CSX TSSA/SAA or Conrail Agreement calls for in operation of a particular pool or terminal. They are an important read for all members because sometimes there are particulars of the operation of a pool or terminal that were agreed upon, that the member might not be aware of. If you have questions about the agreement in force contact your local chairman who may be able to answer the question, or provide input where to find the answer.

Switching Limits are not to be confused with Subdivision limits.
