If you wish to join the BLET as a new member please fill out the attached form and give to your Local BLET Division for processing. The BLET National Bylaws provide information on membership applications and locations where membership is held. Those Bylaws are here on this site for  your reference.

NOTE: The form is a "fillable" form so you may also fill in the blue shaded sections, save to your computer and then attach the completed form to an e-mail to the respective Local Chairman/Division Contact for handling. A follow up phone call or e-mail message to that LC or Division contact is also uged to make sure the form was recieved.
