The Disputes Resolution Committee (DRC) is a meeting of the four BLET General Chairmen and the Carrier to resolve any disputes over contract interpretation and to clarify the intent within the contract. The DRC interpretation letters are the results of those efforts. Some of the letters are actually Arbitration Awards (i.e. PLB 7265 A01 = Public Law Board 7265 Award 1), and some are "Letters of Intenet" (LOI) and have a date suffix (i.e. LOI 071112 = Letter of Intent July 11, 2012).
